The history of real estate agency Casa Pitas

We began in Cluj.
With a short, yet successful history, Casa Pitas has entered on the real estate market even since 2004, to make a starting point in the development of the services provided by the real estate agencies.
If in 2004 we assessed the strategy meant to make us leaders on the market from Cluj-Napoca, in 2005 we became a trustworthy partner to all our clients. We have come to the conclusion that a good management is not enough to help us develop according to our exigencies. We have made our advisors true professionals, we have developed a marketing department and started to form an image which should truly represent us.
In 2006 Casa Pitas became a local brand, taking the exclusive benefit from certain projects that we successfully managed. Casa Pitas no longer needed any introduction. We already were on top, and in search of a new challenge.
In 2007 we have decided to offer our services to clients all over the country. This is how our national expansion started. The first city on the list was Sibiu. We kindly invite you to visit us in order to make yourself a concrete impression about the standards of our activity. Although we are not yet leaders on the market in Sibiu, we will certainly be, as we have a very clear idea on what we intend to make out from this business.
Time will show the results.

Future Plans

We have high expectations. But in order to suceed we must focus on our professionalism, promptness and efficiency in developing a real estate transaction.   Our aim is that until the end of this year 3 more locations be opened in the country, in strategical points such as: Bucuresti, Iasi and Timisoara. We will cover thus all the regions of the country, providing optimum solutions to our clients no matter what the request is. Once opening these locations, we will also have over 100 real estate consultants, trained according to the standards from Casa Pitas.
We will only be satisfied when our clients are. Slowly, but surely, we achieve every company’s dream to get on top, getting national, and perhaps, in a few years, even international acknowledgement!
